Frequently Asked Questions

I. What differentiates this work from traditional HR or brand consulting?

Most consultancies offer standalone services, whereas this work sits at the intersection of leadership, talent, and brand. It is built around the founder and the business as a whole, not a single function or deliverable.

What makes it different is the depth of cross-discipline experience applied to the decisions that actually move things forward.

II. How do I determine which engagement is right for my situation?

If you know what needs to change, Leadership Talent Advisory or Brand Advisory is usually the right starting point.

If the situation is less clear or multiple tensions exist across leadership, structure, or positioning, the Clarity Audit is the right starting point. It helps determine where focus will create the best strategic leverage before entering a longer engagement.

III. What level of investment should I expect?

Every business is unique, and no two engagements are ever the same. After an initial conversation, we will share a custom proposal for your business needs and timeline. Most engagements span 12–16 weeks, depending on complexity and scope, with continued advisory available.

Leadership Talent Advisory and Brand Advisory begin at €5,000/month, Complex Advisory at €7,500/month. The Clarity Audit is €2,500.

IV. Are flexible engagement structures available?

Engagements are designed to reflect where you are, not a fixed template. While advisory retainers typically begin at 12 weeks, scope and structure are discussed at the outset to ensure the work fits the moment.

Depending on your priorities, engagements may focus on Leadership Talent Advisory, Brand Advisory, or a combination of both, where leadership, organisational capability, and market positioning need to evolve together.

V. Do you work directly with founders, leadership teams, or both?

Most engagements involve the founder directly. Where relevant, work may also extend to members of the leadership team responsible for execution, capability building, or organisational performance.

VI. Do you work with businesses focused on impact as well as commercial performance?

Yes. The work is particularly relevant to businesses seeking to build commercially sound organisations without compromising the values or impact they were created to deliver.

The focus is on helping translate purpose into structure, decisions, and positioning that allow both impact and performance to coexist.

VII. Do you advise, implement, or both?

The primary role is strategic advisory. This includes helping define direction, priorities, decision frameworks, and structural changes.

In Brand Advisory, support may extend into implementation or collaboration with internal teams or external partners. The intention is not to replace operators, but to strengthen the quality of decisions guiding their work.

VIII. What typically changes as a result of this work?

Typically, clients experience greater alignment between leadership priorities, organisational structure, and market positioning.

Practically, this often results in clearer decision pathways, stronger hiring or organisational design choices, more coherent positioning, and reduced strategic friction.

Beyond the tangible, founders often report increased confidence in decision-making, reduced noise, and a greater sense of control over the business's direction.
